Strategic Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the three co-founders, including managing travel, itineraries, and ad-hoc requests with high discretion.
• Oversee daily office operations at the Vancouver HQ, including vendor relationships, food, and the physical workspace.
• Coordinate company culture and events, ranging from weekly socials and quarterly outings to large annual holiday parties and team workshops.
• Manage administrative logistics such as expenses, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Transition into strategic projects alongside the Manager, Strategic Projects, including coordinating leadership offsites, supporting board cycles, and helping build internal AI-based process tooling.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks without dropping the ball.
• High ownership mindset and a willingness to handle both high-level strategic work and essential, unglamorous operational tasks.
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strict discretion with sensitive company information.
• A problem-solving mindset with a "builder" mentality—identifying broken processes and proposing improvements.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Vancouver HQ 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Early-career experience in business operations, a founder's office, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• An interest in or point of view on how AI tooling can optimize internal company operations.
