Responsibilities

• Plan and build company foundations, including organizational structure and operational cadence
• Build internal operating systems, communication frameworks, and cross-functional policies
• Support investor and board updates to ensure leadership has effective communication materials
• Partner with Finance and Legal to set up international entities and manage compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners
• Restructure customer-facing team structures and account assignments
• Lead office moves and real estate processes, including site search and negotiations
• Act as a strategic and executional partner for high-priority initiatives across departments

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, investment banking, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills
• Systems thinking mindset to build durable solutions
• Strong communication skills for interacting with all levels of leadership
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• High agency and a bias toward action
