Strategic Operations Associate, Data

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Data to source, evaluate, and expand data partnerships
• Become an expert on the data provider landscape and manage existing vendor relationships and contracts
• Identify and pursue cost optimization opportunities across the data supply chain
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Product teams
• Support pricing strategy as data offerings evolve
• Drive data-focused partnership outreach and activate strategic opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, investment banking, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial instincts with experience managing vendors or evaluating partnerships
• Ability to track and synthesize the rapidly changing AI data landscape
• High agency, low ego, and strong organizational skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to work across functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in data or data science
• Curiosity about how AI systems work
