Strategic Medical Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze major competitor products and pipelines
• Conduct scientific landscape analysis of domestic and international academic conferences
• Derive medical insights from both product and business perspectives
• Develop executive briefings to support management decision-making
• Provide strategic intelligence regarding competitive environments and market changes
• Support the development of scientific narratives and value stories
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish product strategies
• Support engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external experts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
• 15+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical companies, CROs, or research institutes
• Strong capability in scientific literature and clinical data analysis
• Excellent strategic documentation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English for scientific communication and literature review

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the vaccine or infectious disease sectors
• Background in Medical Affairs, Medical Strategy, or Medical Communications
• Experience with global or regional projects
• Expertise in competitive intelligence or landscape analysis
• Experience in scientific publication or presenting at medical congresses
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data from a business and product perspective
