Strategic Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Interpret medical device market behavior by analyzing market audits and commercial information to provide strategic insights.
• Act as a strategic advisor to marketing, sales, and access teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate on the construction of market potential calculation processes and maintain a regional repository of opportunities and risks.
• Create portfolio optimization initiatives to drive regional growth and analyze product rotation based on customer and competitor data.
• Manage market research projects and administrative processes to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
• Drive the use of physical and digital showrooms to showcase solutions and facilitate client influence and internal training.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics/Administration (Actuarial Science, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SFDC, Marketo, or Showpad.
• Strong analytical skills and assertive communication.
