Strategic Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research to establish marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities
• Develop market segmentation, positioning, and service offerings for key areas of focus
• Create and execute go-to-market plans to deliver against revenue targets and business results
• Develop marketing programs including events, public relations, social media, digital marketing, and branding
• Establish and report on marketing program KPIs to track performance
• Generate thought-leadership content and promotional materials to advance the brand
• Deliver sales enablement training and assets to support the sales cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including corporate marketing, legal, finance, operations, and sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years of professional marketing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong project management, written communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from peers to executive management
• Must be based in Westerville, OH

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the electrical industry and power generation market
• Experience with services marketing or product management
• Experience with digital marketing
• Proficiency with Pardot and SharePoint
