About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to strengthen U of T Co-op’s reputation and competitive positioning.
  • Implement marketing plans to promote programs, events, and initiatives that support strategic institutional objectives.
  • Oversee the production of promotional and outreach materials for diverse target markets and audiences.
  • Manage digital platforms and draft/edit content for various print and online communication channels.
  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee internal communications to support alignment, engagement, and change management across the partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in developing and implementing strategic integrated marketing communications plans.
  • Extensive experience using CRM platforms to design and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in social media content creation (e.g., LinkedIn) and web content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver complex marketing projects from concept to evaluation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics tools to evaluate digital performance and inform decision-making.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and AODA accessibility standards in all communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the post-secondary sector or with work-integrated learning programs.
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, or Audition.
  • Experience executing marketing strategies targeting both public and private sector markets.
