Strategic Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain strategic intelligence solutions, including data warehousing and ETL processes
• Build and manage data warehouse systems and develop tabular and multidimensional models
• Create high-performance data repositories and analytical report models
• Design visual reports, dashboards, and KPI dashboards using Power BI Desktop and SSRS
• Implement row-level security and manage security layer models in Power BI
• Construct advanced DAX and MDX queries for complex calculations
• Develop and manage scripts using Python, PowerShell, or C# for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
• Optimize SQL queries and report execution times to improve server performance
• Mentor junior developers and business super-users to promote best practices

Requirements

• B. Sc. in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 3 years of experience designing data models and reports using the Microsoft BI suite (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, DAX, and MDX
• Strong programming knowledge in Python, C#, or PowerShell
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platforms, including Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Data Factory
• Ability to document technical project aspects such as ERD diagrams and process flows
• Experience in API development and consumption

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence programming
• SQL certifications
• Experience with prototyping, design, and requirements analysis
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Report Builder, and Microsoft Copilot
