Strategic Initiatives Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner in the execution of pivotal initiatives within the Strategy & Growth division
• Manage a portfolio of innovation, commercialization, and venture development activities
• Coordinate and manage projects, deliverables, and operational activities across cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, reporting structures, and documentation
• Support commercialization initiatives by assessing market landscapes and competitive positioning
• Partner with internal and external collaborators, including leadership, subject matter experts, and licensing teams
• Support the development of operational infrastructure, including knowledge management systems and CRM databases
• Perform research and integrate complex information into practical strategic insights

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, strategy, consulting, or related roles
• Experience in life science, healthcare innovation, venture capital, or biotech/pharma
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to distill complex information
• Proficiency in utilizing and customizing project management databases and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare innovation, commercialization strategy, or translational science
