Strategic Initiatives Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Flow’s ownership products, including condos and new developments
• Partner with senior leadership to shape business strategy and provide data-driven recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and operations to meet key milestones
• Design the operating model, processes, and team structures required to scale the ownership business unit
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence regarding buyer behavior and developer relationships
• Own pipeline development metrics and early revenue targets for the ownership vertical

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, business development, investment banking, or management consulting
• Proven track record of launching new products, markets, or business units from the ground up
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to pressure-test business assumptions
• Experience in the real estate or proptech industry
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and modern productivity software
• Ability to work on-site in the Miami/Bay Harbor Islands area
