Strategic Initiatives Director

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional strategy into executable initiatives and implementation roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across commercial, operational, and digital domains
• Manage a portfolio of pivotal initiatives end-to-end, from concept to execution
• Establish governance frameworks, including tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
• Lead the development and use of analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide business insights
• Support financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to align priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Meaningful progressive experience in strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or transformation
• Proven experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional critical initiatives
• Strong program and project management expertise
• Sophisticated analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations
