Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services, serving 6,000+ K–12 students across 12 states. We deliver clinical care directly within public schools through clinical programming, professional development, and district consultation.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the Strategic Playbook in partnership with school leadership
• Conduct regular on-site check-ins with department heads to monitor implementation
• Identify and address implementation gaps and misalignments in real time
• Provide structured progress reports to the Board on strategic plan execution
• Coordinate across departments to sustain momentum and accountability
• Document systems and processes to support future replication
• Provide guidance on building a long-term internal staffing structure
• Track progress against strategic benchmarks and document implementation decisions

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education or Educational Leadership
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational leadership, or operations management in K–12 or nonprofit settings
• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex organizations
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for board-level reporting
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the school site
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, and virtual collaboration tools

• Experience working with culturally specific or community-serving organizations
