Strategic HR Head

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the Human Resources function across the organization
• Own the complete people strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational design, and culture
• Recruit top-line leadership and develop succession teams for various departments
• Implement systematic, process-driven structures and SOPs
• Drive learning and development initiatives targeted at organizational pain points
• Integrate technology and AI to create a digitized HR environment
• Manage performance reviews using modern evaluation techniques and handle employee grievances
• Ensure full HR operations and statutory compliance
• Oversee general administration, event management, and stakeholder relations

Requirements

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR, Organizational Behaviour, or Business Management
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior strategic HR leadership role
• Expertise in statutory compliance and employment law
• High digital and AI fluency, including experience with HRMS and automation tools
• Strong capability in change management and organizational design
• Proven experience in headhunting top talent and executive stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• PGDM in Human Resources
• Certifications in HR Leadership, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
• Prior experience in multi-location or fast-growth organizations
