  • Schedule recruitment pitches and coordinate meetings for leadership
  • Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates
  • Maintain and update recruitment records in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
