About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications
- Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
- Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to develop a talent pipeline
- Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and handle objections
- Schedule recruitment pitches and coordinate meetings for leadership
- Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment records in the CRM
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong relationship-building skills
