Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other referral partners
• Represent the company at networking events, office presentations, and industry functions
• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships
• Conduct regular office visits and follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal title and escrow teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Track and report marketing activities, leads, and results through CRM tools
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate processes
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and social media efforts
• Participate in community events and sponsorships to enhance brand awareness
• Maintain all social media presence for the company

Requirements

• 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience in title, mortgage, or real estate industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
