About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize new market opportunities and customer segments
- Research organizations and executive stakeholders to develop targeted engagement strategies
- Craft highly personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone for VP and C-suite leaders
- Generate qualified opportunities to drive pipeline growth and revenue
- Leverage AI, LLMs, APIs, and automation workflows to improve prospecting and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM discipline within HubSpot
- Own key growth metrics including qualified opportunities and account engagement
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in growth, business development, or enterprise sales
- Proven success influencing pipeline growth in B2B or Enterprise environments
- Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders through personalized outreach
- Ability to leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automation for go-to-market effectiveness
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology markets
- Experience with Clay, Outreach, Lusha, or similar prospecting platforms
- Experience building outbound motions or segmentation strategies in a startup
