About the Company

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Own core workstreams and support the Strategic Finance function including FP&A, Business Operations, Strategy, and Corp Dev
• Manage the operating model including budgeting, forecasts, and corresponding analyses
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and execute on strategic opportunities such as partnerships, M&A, and fundraising
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders to solve unstructured problems
• Help build the strategic finance function from the ground up

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or venture-backed startups
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and corporate finance skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of mission and desire to have impact at scale
• Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information
• Genuine interest in defense, hardware, and manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups
• MBA and/or CFA
• Working fluency with AI tooling and light scripting
• Experience with defense or hardware companies
• Robust understanding of statistical analysis techniques
