Strategic Finance Manager, Go-To-Market

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and strategic thought leadership focused on new business acquisition targets and budget optimization
• Facilitate executive decision-making by translating complex financial analysis into actionable operational recommendations
• Drive strategic initiatives through business partnering, analytical insight, and project management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of unit economics, product strategies, and market landscapes
• Analyze and report on GTM KPIs, including bookings forecasts and customer acquisition costs
• Deliver monthly and quarterly quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial results and variances to plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Business Intelligence roles
• Proven track record as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing organizations, specifically with sales rep capacity modeling
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to build business cases for new initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and communication skills to present to all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

• Public company Strategic Finance experience
• Working knowledge of Adaptive and SQL
• Experience with sales compensation and quota planning
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate workflows and boost productivity
