About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance business partner to the APAC Regional President
• Lead financial modeling and ROI analyses to support investment decisions and commercial strategies
• Partner with global and local teams to develop long-term planning models
• Translate complex business questions into structured, data-driven analyses for senior executives
• Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning
• Create executive-ready materials for quarterly business reviews and board updates
• Support cross-functional projects related to pricing, product profitability, and cost optimization
• Help standardize and scale regional financial processes using tools like Oracle
• Maintain understanding of China’s economic and regulatory environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
• Advanced financial modeling skills and fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and influence stakeholders
• Highly analytical and comfortable working in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CFA
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth consumer businesses or MNCs in China
• Experience working with Oracle or similar enterprise systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for sports, entertainment, or collectibles
