Strategic Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive key processes to translate strategy into financial plans and measure performance
• Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and models for revenue, cost of sales, GTM, R&D, and capex
• Support monthly and quarterly close cycles including BvA and variance commentary
• Develop and track unit economics frameworks including LTV, CAC, and contribution margin
• Build and own data pipelines and reporting frameworks for revenue and cost analytics
• Drive cross-functional alignment on goals and enable effective decision-making

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or investment roles at high-growth tech companies
• Deep fluency in SaaS and ARR-based business models
• Experience building revenue models and customer analytics datasets in SaaS or cloud environments
• Exceptional financial modeling skills in Google Sheets
• Proficiency in BI and data tools such as Hex, Omni, Looker, and SQL
• Strong business partnership skills with ability to translate technical goals into financial frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, STEM, or equivalent professional experience
