Strategic Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and own core financial models used for strategic planning and decision-making
• Maintain analysis and projections related to headcount planning, growth, and infrastructure costs
• Lead special projects for C-suite and VPs related to corporate finance and accounting
• Build scalable processes and well-defined metrics to determine the state of the business
• Identify areas needing analytical support to drive clarity in critical decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years of strategic finance or FP&A experience at a growth-stage startup
• 2+ years of banking experience at a top-tier firm
• Experience building financial analysis, planning, and processes for spend, budgeting, and procurement
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Ability to execute on ambiguous tasks with a first principles mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
