Strategic Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company’s integrated three-statement financial model
• Consolidate and validate inputs across revenue, COGS, OpEx, CapEx, and working capital
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Develop management and board-level reporting on company performance and spending
• Serve as the primary finance partner for R&D, manufacturing engineering, and production teams
• Build and maintain production cost models reflecting BOM updates and manufacturing efficiencies
• Deliver monthly financial and operational reporting including plan versus actual analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Advanced financial modeling skills with experience in complex models
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Ability to analyze large, unstructured datasets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or energy businesses
• Experience partnering with engineering or product development organizations
