Responsibilities

• Frame big spend decisions regarding incentives, headcount, and product investment
• Build and maintain the economic model of the marketplace, including take rate, fill rate, and ad spend
• Diagnose liquidity health and translate flywheel mechanics into financial models
• Design and own the economics of creator- and brand-side incentive experiments
• Own pricing strategy across both sides of the marketplace, including take-rate structure and sensitivity modeling
• Build long-range models and bottoms-up projection blocks for leadership and the board
• Drive scenario planning and connect forecasts to operating reality

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in banking, marketplaces, consumer, or high-growth companies
• Deep understanding of unit economics and second-order effects
• Experience designing and structuring decision-grade experiments
• Ability to build models quickly to drive immediate decision-making
• Proficiency with AI data tools to perform independent analysis
• Strong ability to defend a point of view with insight
