About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models that shape how Forus plans, forecasts, and makes high-stakes decisions
• Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to define unit economics and evaluate investment impact
• Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities or necessary course corrections
• Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for pricing, market expansion, and capital allocation
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and fundraising
• Help design and evolve company operations, including planning cadence and financial discipline

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity
• Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build from scratch
• Ability to provide structured answers to ambiguous questions with minimal guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and investor audiences
• Track record of high-speed delivery and resourcefulness
