Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators, automating critical calculations, compliance reporting, and digitizing assets to make warehouse transactions instant and error-free.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and execution
• Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications
• Lead strategic projects requiring financial rigor and operational follow-through
• Streamline processes, improve internal systems, and ensure execution on key initiatives
• Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority strategic finance and operations projects

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years in Investment Banking or Management Consulting
• Ideally 2 years in a high-growth startup
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently
• Experience explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
