Strategic Finance and Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Support annual and long-term strategic planning efforts in partnership with executive leadership
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
• Create business cases and strategic frameworks to assess new markets and products
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Build financial models and valuation analyses including DCF and comparable companies
• Participate in due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings
• Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and ROI for strategic initiatives
• Act as a thought partner to business units on high-impact initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Sigma and strong skills in SQL for data analysis
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or advanced degree
• Experience with M&A transactions or corporate investment processes
• Familiarity with business valuation methods and strategic frameworks
• Prior experience in a fast-growing start-up or technology-driven company
