Strategic Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational trends to articulate their business impact
• Partner with the FP&A team to build budgets and forecasts for the Product and Engineering Organization
• Provide data-driven insights to business leaders to support investment cases and goal measurement
• Own the preparation, maintenance, and quality control of key forecast models
• Collaborate with Strategic Finance colleagues to produce regular reviews for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
• Assess the financial and strategic implications of potential new company investments

Requirements

• 2+ years of finance experience in financial planning, business analysis, investment banking, or accounting
• Proven experience with financial modeling and analysis tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
• Experience participating in budgeting and forecasting processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with e-commerce industry trends and Product/Engineering KPIs
• Experience using Looker, Workday Financial Management, or Planful
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, continuous planning environment
