Strategic Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with leading real estate brokerage firms to drive off-plan residential sales.
• Design and execute strategic sales promotions and channel engagement programs to accelerate sales velocity.
• Drive business development initiatives, specifically focusing on expanding international sales channels.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide recommendations on product positioning, pricing, and design.
• Build relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional buyers to generate direct sales opportunities.
• Perform commercial and financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, and NPV, to evaluate sales initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards regarding broker performance and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Chairman, CEO, or Senior Executive.
• Educational background consisting of a BE + MBA or an MBA from a top-tier institute.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work with complex financial models and business metrics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with leading real estate developers.
• Valid UAE driving license and confidence in driving across the UAE.
