About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth within the UK territory
- Identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams
- Close business to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives
- Build strong, effective relationships with customers and partners to deliver long-term value
- Work independently and collaboratively to drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients
- A consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments
- Domain expertise in the retail, finance (BFSI), or telco sectors
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives
- Experience working with channels and partners
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions simply

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, graph, or search data platforms
