About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop unique use cases and solutions for the Financial services segment
- Co-develop business plans with team and ecosystem partners to exceed usage and booking goals
- Lead a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to implement business plans
- Identify impactful big data and AI use cases on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- Support customer transformation through strategic partnerships, professional services, and executive engagement
- Guide successful negotiations to close high-value engagements
Requirements
- Experience in direct enterprise software sales to large financial services organizations
- Proven track record of developing new business and managing executive-level relationships
- Extensive experience working with large, complex, regulated organizations
- Knowledge of the Data & AI space and technology sales
- Experience driving adoption of usage-based subscription services
- Experience co-selling with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud teams
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, or Command of the Message
