About the role
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and Program Managers
- Drive value-based growth and expand the Databricks footprint into new business units
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Track customer details, use cases, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Promote the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark™ and Delta Lake
- Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
Requirements
- 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in large accounts
- Previous field sales experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or consumption selling
- Proven track record of managing a small set of enterprise accounts
- Existing customer relationships with CIOs and essential decision makers
- Ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based benefits
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience navigating early-stage company environments
