Strategic Engagement Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engagement lead for assigned projects across strategic accounts
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to gather requirements and co-design implementation roadmaps
• Manage end-to-end strategic program execution including project plans and customer communications
• Support executive governance meetings, QBRs, and strategy workshops
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans
• Mentor Strategic Engagement Managers and Analysts
• Identify whitespace within existing accounts to drive growth and expansion
• Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and engagement metrics

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, customer engagement, or consulting
• Experience within SaaS, healthcare, or clinical research environments
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise programs and design scalable implementation plans
• Demonstrated success building relationships with sponsors, CROs, and research sites
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, and Smartsheet
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in clinical trials, digital health, or healthcare IT
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or mentoring team members
• Knowledge of eBinders, eConsent, or eHub platforms
