Strategic Development Trainee

Responsibilities

• Provide heavy counter service including direct customer interaction, phone orders, and quotations
• Manage shipping and receiving of products
• Handle in-store product replenishment
• Develop deep product knowledge expertise
• Support teammates and customers through a proactive culture
• Learn and drive key financial levers including profit and loss statements

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
