About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide heavy counter service including direct customer interaction, phone orders, and quotations
- Manage shipping and receiving of products
- Handle in-store product replenishment
- Develop deep product knowledge expertise
- Support teammates and customers through a proactive culture
- Learn and drive key financial levers including profit and loss statements
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
