Strategic Development Trainee

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4-phased program to learn every aspect of our business:

• Phase 1: Focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.
• Phase 2: Focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world-class service.
• Phase 3: Focus on business development, sourcing sales, expanding the customer base, and creating strong customer partnerships.
• Phase 4: Focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Desire to continuously learn and grow
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
