Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 5-phased program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
• Learn product lines, vendor-to-customer workflows, and sales support
• Manage customer service, counter sales, order management, and inventory controls
• Handle project management, contract negotiation, and customer/vendor relationship building
• Determine an ideal career path following completion of training phases

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High standard of integrity and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industry experience is a plus
