Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business:

• Phase 1: Focus on inventory management, warehousing, project quoting, invoicing, shipping/receiving, and customer service.
• Phase 2: Focus on supplier relationships, procurement, data analysis, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
• Phase 3: Focus on business development, channel development, and proactive sales to expand the customer base.
• Phase 4: Focus on leadership competencies, coaching, mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
