About the role
Responsibilities
- Progress through a 5-phased program covering warehouse logistics, operations, and sales
- Learn product knowledge and vendor-to-customer supply chain processes
- Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, and inventory control
- Manage large-scale projects through inside sales and project management
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build vendor relationships
- Determine an ideal career path following completion of training phases
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Ability to work independently and within a team
