Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Learn warehouse logistics, product knowledge, and sales support
• Phase 2: Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, and financial statements
• Phase 3: Transition to inside sales and large-scale project management
• Phase 4: Execute outside sales, account management, contract negotiation, and relationship building
• Phase 5: Determine ideal career path based on training experience

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• High standard of integrity and work ethic

• Post-Secondary education
