Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-phase training program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
• Master product offerings and sales support in the warehouse phase
• Engage in customer service, order management, inventory control, and financial analysis
• Orchestrate large-scale projects through project management training
• Identify new business prospects, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor partnerships

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, results-driven mindset and strong work ethic
