Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5 phased program to learn every aspect of our business:

• Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics: Learn products, vendor-to-customer flow, and sales support.
• Phase 2 - Operations: Customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing, credit, and financial statements.
• Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management: Managing customer issues and large-scale projects.
• Phase 4 - Account Management: Finding new business, selling products, negotiating contracts, and building relationships.
• Phase 5 - Career Pathing: Applying training to determine your ideal career path.

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
• Desire to continuously learn and grow
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
