Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 5-phased program covering shipping, receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management
• Phase 1: Manage inside sales and large-scale projects
• Phase 2: Learn warehouse logistics and vendor-to-customer product flow
• Phase 3: Handle operations including customer service, inventory, pricing, and financial statements
• Phase 4: Execute outside sales, contract negotiation, and relationship building
• Phase 5: Determine ideal career path based on training experience

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to work independently and in teams
