Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse and logistics to master products and supply chain
• Engage in operations including customer service, order management, and inventory control
• Support inside sales and project management from quoting to delivery
• Execute outside sales and account management to identify new business opportunities
• Develop leadership, operations, or sales management skills through a multi-phase program

Requirements

• Post-secondary education (College or University degree) or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Digital fluency with Microsoft Office
• Organizational and time management skills
