About the role
Responsibilities
- Progress through a 5-phased program covering shipping, receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management
- Phase 1: Manage inside sales and large-scale projects
- Phase 2: Learn warehouse logistics and product distribution
- Phase 3: Handle operations including customer service, inventory, pricing, and financial statements
- Phase 4: Execute outside sales, contract negotiation, and relationship building
- Phase 5: Determine ideal career path based on training experience
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
