Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a five-phased program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
• Develop HVAC product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills
• Assist sales teams with project coordination, shipments, and inventory receiving
• Manage customer service, counter sales, order management, and pricing controls
• Build relationships with contractors and coordinate large-scale projects
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts

Requirements

• Post-Secondary degree
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills
