Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Heavy counter service and sales consultations interacting directly with customers
• Managing phone orders and quotations in a fast-paced wholesale environment
• Handling shipping and receiving of products
• Performing in-store product replenishment
• Developing deep product knowledge expertise
• Learning and driving key financial levers including profit and loss statements

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Positive, results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
