Responsibilities
As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a five-phased program learning every aspect of our business:
- Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics: Develop HVAC product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills.
- Phase 2 – Operations: Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, and financial statements.
- Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management: Build relationships with contractors and coordinate large-scale projects.
- Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management: Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- Phase 5 – Placement: Determine your ideal career path based on your training.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary degree
