Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse and field logistics to learn product movement and material handling
• Work across order management, inventory, pricing, and operational controls
• Manage inside sales and account management tasks
• Analyze engineering design drawings and complete project take offs for municipal and industrial jobs
• Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships

Requirements

• Results-oriented mindset
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and accountability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Background in Engineering Technology or Business with a technical lean is an advantage
• Post-secondary education is a plus
