Responsibilities

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (warehousing, shipping, receiving, and counter support)
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (problem solving, relationship building, and vendor management)
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (business development and expanding customer base)
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (leadership competencies, coaching, mentoring, and strategy)

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
