Responsibilities
As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business:
- Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (warehousing, shipping, receiving, and counter support)
- Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (problem solving, relationship building, and vendor management)
- Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (business development and expanding customer base)
- Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (leadership competencies, coaching, mentoring, and strategy)
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
