About the role
Responsibilities
- Progress through a 5-phase program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
- Learn product portfolio, supply chain operations, and inventory controls
- Manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Develop new business opportunities and execute sales strategies
- Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving across business scenarios
- Maintain detailed records and provide process improvement insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
