Strategic Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 5-phase program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales
• Learn product portfolio, supply chain operations, and inventory controls
• Manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Develop new business opportunities and execute sales strategies
• Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving across business scenarios
• Maintain detailed records and provide process improvement insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong work ethic and integrity
